NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICES

Serving King and Pierce County, Washington

Stationery

Purpose of a Notary in Washington State:

Notaries verify the identity of the person(s) signing a document, assist in preventing fraud and making sure the individual(s) signing the document(s) fully understands what they are signing and that they are signing at their own free will. I am required to remain unbiased as it is not my position to explain nor try and interpret the documentation that you present to me. I can only speak in general terms what said document(s) is and its general purpose. I will not give advice or offer my own personal opinion on the document(s) validity, legal and binding nor which benefits either individual involved the most. If you have those kinds of questions and need to confirm, I will refer you back to your attorney or you can seek advice from any qualified person.

General Notary Service:

To provide the best service for you, please be sure to have all your paperwork in order and printed. I can't create language nor documentation for you. All documentation must be filled out with the appropriate language and/or terms for your needs. With the exception of signatures, I cannot notarize and add my signature to any document(s) that have already been previously signed or dated.
